I'll give you ONE trick...
Get any piece of parchment or one particular note book to jot down whatever idea or things that crosses your mind, while you're focusing to complete one task. It is called a 'Distraction Sheet'...
It keeps you going, and you'll worry less on whatever task you put away, as you could easily recall it later, on that sheet.
Focus..... and keep going... unless if you got tired, your back hurts, your roof was hit by a tornado, or nature calls, then you have a good excuse to discontinue.
As for me,
When I see food, not even one single distraction sheet could hold me back anymore!

Important Reminder: Touching your smartphone would NULLIFY what ever focus trick that we're practicing. Therefore, put it awayyyyy~
